We have three Community Librarians across our libraries to help with questions about reading and reading development and digital needs and training. These positions are funded by the New Zealand Libraries Partnership Programme. The NZLPP is an initiative of the New Zealand Government to assist libraries support community recovery.

Following the disappointment of cancellation in 2020, Artists at Work makes a welcome return to Te Awamutu in 2021. And we are grateful to have retained the support of our original artists.
Take a glimpse into the creative process as local artists work on current projects in the Te Awamutu Library Community Room or come and join in with one of the variety of art classes which are available for both adults and children.
