Renewals

Most items can be renewed by phone, online catalogue (logging in via your account) or email but if you prefer a personal touch please call in to one of our libraries to renew your items.

BookMyne App

The BookMyne App is no longer available but may still be working for some patrons.

To renew your items: 

  • Login using your library card barcode and PIN (usually the last four digits of your barcode)
  • Select 'My Account'
  • Select 'Checkouts'
  • Choose the items you wish to renew
  • Select 'Renew'
  • A new screen will appear. Check details are correct.
  • Select 'Renew'

(If the combination of your library card number [barcode] and PIN doesn't work please contact the library).

Renew using the website

  • Access the library catalogue from the website click here
  • Click on the words 'Log in' in the top right hand corner
  • Login using your library card barcode and PIN (usually the last four digits of your barcode)
  • Select 'My Account'
  • Choose the items you wish to renew in the 'Checkouts' listing
  • Select 'Renew'
  • A pop up will appear to confirm the details are correct.
