Heritage Scavenger Hunts

Cambridge & Te Awamutu

Learn about some of your town's history by participating in one of our Heritage Scavenger hunts!

A single prize will be drawn at random from qualifying entries received across the Waipā District. The prize is a KOBO eReader package valued at over $350. Entry is open to all ages. There is an entry form for Cambridge and an entry form for Te Awamutu.

The scavenger hunt questions will be available from 1 February.

Cambridge Central Heritage Walk

Cambridge Central Heritage Walk

Join us for a guided tour of Central Cambridge with Michael Jeans and Sue Milner.

The walk will cover Cambridge town from North to South, passing heritage buildings and key locations and may include access to St Andrew's Church and the Masonic Hotel.

Limited numbers. Requires a reasonable level of fitness. Allow up to 2 hours.

The meeting point will be advised to those registered.
