Clydesdale Foundation Day Souvenir Programme 1976

A souvenir programme for the opening of the Clydesdale Agricultural Museum at Mystery Creek on Saturday the 28th of August 1976.

Events of the day included a concert by the Waikato Symphonic Band, competitions for period costumes and animals fancy dress, guess the weight of the Clydesdale, a Hangi, wagon rides and an attempt to break the Guinness world record for fastest acre ploughed, sheaf tossing for height and longest time for a tug-o-war.

The brochure comes with a map and information about the museum.
