Celebrate the music from New Zealand

It’s May, which is NZ Music Month, a celebration of music from New Zealand, and the people who make it.

We’re celebrating Level 3 style with a Songs in Lockdown Contest and an opportunity to learn to sing through the Zoom event, Discover your Voice.

Get together with others in your bubble or go it alone and send us in a video of you singing your favourite New Zealand tune to enter our Songs in Lockdown Contest.

The contest ispen to all ages and Waipā and Waikato District residents. Further details and how to enter available here.

If you’ve always wanted to learn how to sing, just make a start or you just want to get together with others to sing some classic Kiwi tunes, then join us for Discover your voice.

Three sessions are available. Come to one or come to all three. The sessions are available via Zoom and will be held under the guidance of Holly Christina, whose Gatsong programme is inspired by Guitar, Songwriting and Singing. Her aim is to inspire creativity and musical enjoyment. All welcome!
