Guest reader, local author Amy Harrop, will be reading 'Who Took the Toilet Paper'. Prizes for best dressed Teddy and best 'teddy' costume.
At 11am there will be a prizegiving for this season's Altrusa story competition which has the theme 'Mystery at the Library'.
