Ladies Running/Walking Reboot

Looking to get back in to running or jogging? Or would you like to walk? Here is your chance!

Join us on a Thursday from Lake Te Kō Utu throughout October and November (apart from the first week in November.

Thursdays meet outside Good Union at 6.10pm for a 6.15pm start. Walkers also welcome!

We run from 2.5-3km up to 6km per session depending on attendees and run at approximately a 6.15-6.30- min/km pace (faster or slower can be accommodated depending on numbers).

Lead by Dee from the library (also member of Cambridge Athletic & Harrier Club).
