Welcome to Get Active 2021, Week 9!
This programme is both virtual (self-paced) and in person and can include activities undertaken with providers who are open but with restrictions in place.
Your aim is to fill in at least 2-3 squares per week of your activity diary, and participate in at least 5 advertised activities (marked*) over the course of the programme. Attendance at/watching any presentations/webinars is included.
