Get Active 2020

Waipā District Libraries Get Active campaign is on again!

We're encouraging Waipā residents to Get Active - with some incentives along the way.

The campaign, Get Active 2020, will run from 14 September to 14 November.

Activity Passports are available from your library and some participating providers.

The passport contains all the information you will need to collect stamps for your passport. Stamps can be collected by attending library events and events/classes at participating providers. Details are inside the passport and included below with more information and links.

Major prizes can be won at each library. Incentive prizes include drawstring bags and drink bottles. Our thanks to our sponsors Club Waipa in Te Awamutu and Anytime Fitness Cambridge. Both are also providing classes which can earn vouchers/stamps.

Anyone who wishes to participate is encouraged to register (right) so that they can receive class reminders and updates to the programme or providers.

Providers who wish to join the programme may also do so. Please send your expression of interest here.

The campaign ends on 14 November and you will have until Friday 20 November to return your passport to your library to go into the draw to win a major prize.

Classes/event timetable

The following are the classes and activities where you can earn a voucher or stamp, and any costs involved. If you receive a voucher, take this to your library to exchange it for a stamp on your passport.
